When exiting the parking lot located behind the condominium, I couldn't see the sidewalk well due to the blind spots created by the block wall and the building. I was always worried that an accident might occur someday. We installed mirrors on both sides of the entrance; one is attached to the block wall and the other to the planting area. Both have a simple design that does not detract from the condominium's appearance. Now, the previously blind sidewalk is clearly visible.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "FF Mirror Corridor (One-Sided)/(Two-Sided)" handled by Komi Corporation, which was implemented at Tokyo Business Services. We had felt the need for collision prevention in the corridor for some time, and the opportunity for implementation arose when we learned that another company in the same building had installed our mirrors. The mirrors can be installed at a height that suits the line of sight, so we placed them slightly lower than usual to accommodate wheelchair users. In corridors with elevators and restrooms, employees tend to gather all at once during lunch breaks, creating a sense of danger. It is very helpful for safety measures in the narrow corridors that become cramped with guests' luggage. (Hotel Gracery Shinjuku)

We would like to introduce the feedback from Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, which has implemented FF mirror corridors and Lami as safety measures in the hallways of their accommodation facilities. At the Safety and Health Committee, a concern was raised that "guests' luggage is often in the hallway, making it narrow and likely to cause collisions." Initially, we had installed the 'FF Mirror Corridor Left and Right (FT22),' but there was a request to increase the size of the mirrors, so we changed to the 'FF Mirror Corridor Left and Right (FT46).' Additionally, due to the high volume of luggage in the hallways and the frequent foot traffic from employees and vendors, we also introduced 'Lami (L5)' as a safety measure this time. As a result of installing the mirrors, it seems that almost all staff members are now checking the mirrors to confirm that no one is coming from either side, and the likelihood of collisions has significantly decreased.
